Fees

Fees are required to be paid termly. You will receive your invoice in your first class after your trial, or in the last week the current term. This is then payable within 10 working days, or in the first week of the next term, respectively. Payments can be handed directly to the teacher by cash or cheque, or paid online.

 

If payments are not made by the date stated on your invoice, then a late payment fee of £10 will be added to your invoice, with an additional 10 working days to pay. Failure to pay this second invoice will result in a further late payment fee of £10 being added, with 10 working days to pay. If payment is not received after the third invoice, your child may be refused tuition and legal action will be taken.

 

As stated in your registration form, half a terms notice must be given in writing if your child wishes to stop a class. Class fees are subject to change. Only one discount option is available per invoice. If you qualify for both discount options, the biggest discount will be applied to your invoice.
